Health & Fitness Assessment
Determine your baseline level of health and fitness in this comprehensive assessment including resting heart rate and blood pressure, body fat composition, circumference measurements, body mass index, cardiovascular and muscular endurance, postural analysis, core strength and flexibility. This assessment will be a beneficial tool in designing a fitness program to help achieve your goals.
One hour Personal Training Session(s)
Receive one-on-one instruction and motivation in this training session whether your goal is gaining muscle, losing fat, rehabbing a particular condition or general fitness, this session will tailored a program that is right for you.

Speciality sessions for ergonomic evaluation or biofeedback training are also available.

"I was first introduced to the foam roller by my sister, Katherine Coffee (Personal Trainer, Lake Austin Spa Resort). The roller has been a miracle tool for me. I use it every day to loosen my psoas (muscles in stomach) and my erectors (muscles in back) to keep my posture in alignment. The roller is especially useful for loosening my psoas; I started having psoas trouble after a long period of over-crunching and the tension long-stored in my lower back began to spread. The tension threw off my digestion and appetite completely; the lactic acid found a home in my muscles. I spent hundreds of dollars on neuromuscular therapists and would frequently drive out of town for appointments. The roller is great because you can use it as needed, when needed. It has been a relief to me to know that I have a tool at hand whenever my body needs it.
