Follow these 5 tips to get the most out of your walks!

  1. Lift up through the crown of the head and keep chin parallel to ground.
  2. Roll shoulders up, back and down and keep them there throughout the walk.
  3. Bend elbows to a 90 degree angle and swing arms front to back, parallel to body.
  4. Hold hands in loose fists and abdominals drawn in.
  5. Land with the heel then roll through the outside edge and press off the ball of the foot under the big toe.
